I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was huge and amazing, with a deep soaking tub, impeccably clean, and perfectly stocked with all the goodies we wanted. The service was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful, although I noticed some snippy behavior among the staff. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of everything and very convenient for traveling around the city. The dining experience was good, though a bit expensive for what was offered. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The service, although some staff need better training, was overall nice and helpful. The location is superb, close to main shopping areas, restaurants, and with extremely friendly staff.
