I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was huge and amazing, with a deep soaking tub, impeccably clean, and perfectly stocked with all the goodies we wanted. The service was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful, although I noticed some snippy behavior among the staff. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of everything and very convenient for traveling around the city. The dining experience was good, though a bit expensive for what was offered. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is located right in the heart of Montreal, making it perfect for exploring downtown. The rooms, although a bit stale in smell, were stylish and made up nicely upon short notice. The outstanding service, especially from the concierge Natalia, and friendly staff, added a delightful touch to our stay. The dining options, while a bit overpriced for the quality offered, were not well explained on the menu. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and convenient overall.
The hotel's rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the amenities one expects in a good hotel, making me want to stay longer. They are beautiful and so quiet you can hear a pin drop, although it was pretty noisy with noise from the heater and the traffic on the streets below.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window and a massive bathroom, but being on the 4th floor surrounded by high rise buildings made the panoramic view feel underwhelming. However, it was nice that these features came at no extra charge.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms had a wonderful arc of windows around 4-5 o'clock that provided a great view. The service, although some staff need better training, was overall nice and helpful. The location is superb, close to main shopping areas, restaurants, and with extremely friendly staff. The dining experience was a bit old-fashioned, but the hotel offers a next-level service. Overall, great value for money!
