I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was huge and amazing, with a deep soaking tub, impeccably clean, and perfectly stocked with all the goodies we wanted. The service was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful, although I noticed some snippy behavior among the staff. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of everything and very convenient for traveling around the city. The dining experience was good, though a bit expensive for what was offered. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Montreal, making it perfect for exploring downtown. The rooms, although a bit stale in smell, were stylish and made up nicely upon short notice. The outstanding service, especially from the concierge Natalia, and friendly staff, added a delightful touch to our stay. The dining options, while a bit overpriced for the quality offered, were not well explained on the menu. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and convenient overall.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window and a massive bathroom, but being on the 4th floor surrounded by high rise buildings made the panoramic view feel underwhelming. However, it was nice that these features came at no extra charge.
